I know all about trying to put the mind at easy my friend... Even if you have hpv, it is usually self clearing in 1 - 2 years. After a few months of no symptoms you won't think about it anymore. Ever have a wart on your hand and or arm? They go away, almost always never to bother you again. The only reason this is so difficult emotionally is because of the location. Just try to imagine if that bump were anywhere else on your body, would you really even notice it? We're humans, we're biological, we get infected with stuff... at least if this is hpv, it is almost always not a serious condition. If anything, you will learn to protect yourself from worse things, and probably take care of you body better too. You need to stay healthy, your immune system is the only defense mechanism you have here.

You need to see a doctor. In the meantime, stop picking at it as this could make a diagnosis more difficult, and could lead to an infection.

Sometimes genital warts can become larger... I don't recommend posting pictures though because no one on this portion on the forum is a doctor, therefore should not and cannot declare what you have. You need to go to a dermatologist and have a biopsy done to know for sure. After the results, take it from there.
