Do I have flat warts?

So last year I had sex with someone and two weeks later I started getting these flat (a tiny bit raised) pink bumps on random parts of my body like my neck, arm, belly, legs, and a tiny one near my eye. I had them for like a week so I decided to go to the doctors because I was stressing out thinking it was herpes. Two doctors and about 4 nurses looked at my bumps and they didn't know what it was. They all said it might be a fungal infection so they prescribed me a fungal cream which I bought the next day and I applied it when I got home. I noticed that the bumps started going away 3 days of using the fungal cream. I didn't think much of it. Well a few months ago, I decided to get tested for all stds and I took a blood test for herpes and found out I have herpes type 1 which is oral herpes. But I've never had an outbreak or sore on my lips. Well ever since I found I had herpes. I made a lot of research about it. Then I remembered those flat bumps I got last year and wondered if it was because I'm carrying the herpes virus. I made more research and started thinking what if it's warts? The pictures I found of flat warts look like the ones I got but there's some fungal infection bumps that also look similar. I'm scared to find out I have warts because I read that it can give you cervical cancer. Do you think it was warts? If it was, then how did the fungal cream help to get rid of them if it's only meant for fungal infections?
