BTW, the procedure was the freezing of the warts and then an application of some gel or antibiotic or something that I needed to wash off after a few hours. It did a great job, but it's been almost a month since the last one due to my lack of insurance.
I'd be curious what you found out. When I was on insurance, it was about $250 a procedure from the dermatologist, and my insurance only covered it the first few times. Now I'm without and want to get rid of these warts instead of continuing on Aldara (which I think may be hurting me), but want to have some sense of cost before I go in.
Like any health treatment, it can be quite costly without insurance. If you are in the states, I would recommend going to Planned Parenthood. They will charge you on a sliding scale fee or for free and make things very affordable.
