cryotherapy

hello.
yesterday i went to see my doctor he applied acetic acid to the bumps on my penile shaft but the color did not change.
doctor still did spray liquid nitrogen and today morning he did the same again.
the sprayed area is swollen and dark in color.
the skin is still soft how many days will it take to clean up the affected area? will the skin dry up? how long will it take to heal?
the bumps didn't change the color while applied with acetic acid, does it mean they are not warts?
please reply.

I had the same procedure done.  About a week and the skin flaking and deep dark coloring will disappear.  It took another week for the pink healing skin to blend back to its normal color for me.  I have pretty fair skin too, so some may clear up faster.

After you have warts frozen, or your skin in general, it will turn a purple color after a few days, then peel/flake off, much like a scab would. Until that time the area will look normal, but your skin cells are dead. Once that happens, it should heal normally in a few days as any other cut or scrape on your body would.

You should have had a biopsy of the area done first to know for sure if they were warts. If you get them again, be sure to suggest this to your doctor.

My Best,
Rainn
