cryotherapy

I just got cyrotherapy done at a clinic and I was wondering how the procedure went on for you who have gotten cryotherapy done for genital warts. My doctor didn't care too much and sprayed the entire portion of my genital area where I had a couple small warts. Everytime she sprayed it covered about an centimeter. Is this okay or are they supposed to freeze each one off individually or more precisely? She sort of grazed the area holding it longer on warts and now I'm in pretty bad pain and the area is swollen. Can someone please tell me if this is normal or not, is there anything I can do to help it heal properly as well?

i've had cryotherapy for about 4 very small warts in about a 2cm area. Since they were smaller, he hit each one separately and i think 1-2 times each.

if you had a area where they were grouped together, she probably thought it was okay to do them all at once. But from what it sounds like, she didnt spray the nitrogen at the right distance and maybe burned your skill a bit. Did they give you a ointment or aftercare?

I wasnt sore until about 3 days after, but it went away as it healed.

thanks for responding, that's what i believe she should have actually done. i cannot believe this lady and i'm going to see that no one else gets treated the same way at this clinic. much of my good skin around the warts is bruised/darker and i just got the procedure done today. i'm scared for how it is going to heal as i know it takes a couple days and it was restricted to just the warts. is there anything I can do to make sure everything heals properly?

sorry, and to your question, i did not receive any ointment or aftercare. Would vitamin e or anything help with the healing process? i believe everything has to scab up right?
