Hello and welcome to the forum. Thank you for the question.  This is an interesting question and always worth investigating how various foods and spices can affect our health.  Cinnamon has been studied to see if it improves blood pressure.  The following link is one example of how cinnamon has been studied and the outcome.  It states that it does have some benefit in lowering systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure (the two numbers you see in your reading, one over the other) but that it is still premature to count on it to lower blood pressure.  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23867208  It does appear promising in area though.  Please talk to your doctor though about this and follow their recommendations.
