I'm a female in my early 40s. I have genetic high BP. I take BP medication and its controlled. I also have white coat syndrome. My BP and heart rate tends to run higher in the doctors office than at home when I check it with my home BP monitor. I had an EKG a few months ago at my yearly checkup at my family doctor. The EKG showed sinus tachycardia (Rate 125), Borderline left axis deviation, 132 Repol abnorm suggest ischemia, diffuse leads. QRSD 110 Minimal ST elevation, inferior leads. QT 292, QTc 421. P 63, QRS -19, T268, 12 Lead, Standard placement. I asked my doctor about the results and he said he felt the EKG was normal because the nurse didnt have the leads on right he thought. Should I get another EKG maybe? Anyone know what these results mean? I'm planning to see a cardiologist soon for a checkup anyway. thanks.
