I am wondering about the blood pressure readings that are usually have? I am a woman in my mid 60s my blood pressure runs between 130/80 to 132/82. I know there are many things that can affect this I’m just wondering if I need to worry. Are used to smoke but I don’t anymore, there is a history of heart disease with my father and older brother. I have recently lost 20+ pounds  but I am afraid I do not exercise much.
