K2+D3

Hello everyone, been hearing a lot about k2d3 supplements lately and wondered if anyone has any experience with this in regards to blood pressure? Have been taking it for a couple of weeks now but not seeing any improvement (135/85-140/90).

I have been on them for about 6 months.  It certainly hasn't helped lower my BP at all.
I am still taking them, my BP is still high  189/90.   etc.

What DP meds are you on?
What has your doctor said?
For me my BP meds  are inersartan2 150 X 2 times daily so  300 .Monoxodine 400 x 1 at night and just had added Spironolactone 25 1 daily
Sorry ibersartan 150 morning. 6.30 am  150 at 2pm. Monoxodine 400 at bedtime 20 pm
Spironolactone 25 just added. take with Ibersartan in the morning about 6.30  am

Another consideration:  BP spikes in the morning, so it seems to me you should be taking your BP meds at night (which I do).

In my experience docs don't mention this often enough.

What BP meds are you taking?  What time of day do you take?  Have they lowered your BP at all?  Do you take your BP at home?
