Is a blood pressure of 122/73 healthy for a 20 something male or is it pre-hypertension?

Hi Mat789,

Prehypertension is about 120-139/80-89mmHg. Thats the level. The lesser denominator which is the diastole should be elevated. 122/73 is normal. Get it manually checked. The electronic devices are usually shabby. Anyways if you have an unexplained headache or chest pain (not likely to happened) then have it consulted.
