Reading labels

Don't you think it is very important to read labels before purchasing?  I notice that some "low sodium" products are lower than others.

Yes, because labels on the front packaging often are misleading. Like low sodium, could just be a tsp less than the regular and for them it's low, for another brand it could be 2 tablespoons less relatively speaking. It's all about perception.
