Poison from Desert Recluse Spider bite causing effects to hand and possible blood.

I was bitten by a Recluse a year ago.  I am still noticing changes in my hand, most apparent swelling and hardening of the side of the finger I was bitten in and the palm of my hand.  Could it be that the poison is moving?  My main concern is though that now I have been told I have some blood related conditions I never had before.  I was just told I have absolutely no hormons in my system.  Also I have developed a leaky gut.  Could the bite from the Recluse be effecting my blood?
