anxiety or High blood pressure

Ok so last year i had a panic attack and went to the hospital. well fast forward to now and for the last 2 and half months i have been taking lorezepam i currently stopped taking them because i got a migraine or really bad headache monday and the pills seemed to be working less. Well i have had a headache all week i called my doc and he told me its fine to not take them. The headaches aren't all day btw and advil doesn't seem to work. So ive been to the doctor maybe four times since june or july and my blood pressure is around 135-140 i checked it today and it was 157 but that was also at home and after eating. Im getting nervous and anxious again but not as bad as when i was getting off the lorezepam. I have like minor dizziness and im warm to the touch and i have rushes of panic attack but i dont pass out. I cant live like this anymore. The doc i have gone to ***** he gave me lorezepam for two momnths then decided to give me a anti depressant a recently cuz i ewanted a long term asnwer. Well after three days i called him cuz i had a bad reaction and he told me to stop well i aslo called and told him the lorezepam lost some of its mustered so i stopped that also he told me ok. He told me my blood pressure should be aroun 120-130 ive had it ranged higher like i posted. Is my anxiety cauding higher blood pressure and these every day headaches or can high blood pressure cause these headches. Again every time i check im at 130-140 with one time being way way over at 157. please help this anxity easnt all day today or yestwerfday but i had the headches.what can i do to lower my blood pressure any vitamins or food ?

I agree with the above post, but I'd like to also add...what is your bottom number (diastolic)?   If it's regularly over 95, then you should tell your doctor.

How long have you been off the lorezepam?   Quitting benozo's can also cause a spike in BP, but it is usually temporary.

What is your weight/height?

Infrequent BP readings have low value.  I urge you to record what your BP (& date/time of day) is over one or more weeks to get a better sense of your BP.

Usually the lowest value is the most useful value (spikes in BP due to recent activity, eating or anxiety are of less value to know).  And a single reading of 157 ought not be worthy of upsetting you.
