My husband died and I now dating a guy and he wants a child by me. Is there anything out there that I would have another chance to carry his child after I went throught a hysterotomy?

No.  The removal of a uterus is permanent, there is no reclaiming childbearing after that.

If you have your ovaries, your eggs and his sperm could be put together in vitro, and a gestational carrier ("surrogate mother") could carry the child.  If you don't have the ovaries, then you're looking at adoption, or a gestational carrier with an embryo created from his sperm and a donor egg.
