Tested postitive for Measles and Rubella antibodies but not for Mumps

I have recently taken titre tests for Measles, Mumps and Rubella.  I tested postive for antibodies for Measles and Rubella. To my surprise, I tested negative for Mumps. How is this possible? And is it recommended to take a MMR booster now or what to do ?

How long ago did you have your last MMR vaccination?

I am not sure of that. Probably just one dose or two doses in the childhood, as per the guidelines in India. No vaccination cards are also available. But I am sure that I haven’t taken the MMR vaccine in the past 15 years. I am 24 now.
