Could you add a symptom to the autoimmune tracker for salivary gland swelling/inflammation?  I have Sjogren's, and this is the best indicator of how bad all my symptoms will be on any given day.  A choice of low, medium, or high swelling would be even better!  I don't always have lymph node swelling at the same time as salivary swelling, so it's not a good substitute symptom.  Thanks for all you do!
