Dental Health Tracker

Is there a tracker for Dental Health? If not, there should be.

We could track how many times we brush our teeth, floss, use mouthwash. It could include visits to the dentist, orthodontist, etc. It could include events such as root canals, cavity fillings, wisdom teeth removal, etc.

If there isn't one, I sure am surprised! I think it's a great idea!

I agree, a tracker for dental health would  be good. I brush my teeth every nite before I go to bed but I'm not so good about flossing. Maybe if there was a tracker, I'd fill it out thereby possibly helping me think more about flossing and actually getting it done!

Thanks for the suggestion. We do not currently have a dental tracker, but we'll add it to our list of to-do's.

Thanks,
