The exercise tracker is now available. To add it, go to My MedHelp, look for your trackers shortcut panel, and click Add a Tracker. The new exercise tracker will be listed as an option. Thanks for the suggestion!
We plan on launching an exercise tracker in the near future and we'll make sure jogging is on the list of activities. For now, you can track this as walking or running or use the catch-all of aerobic exercise on the weight tracker.

Maybe we can add chasing squirrls/rabbits/other varmots off our lawn/garden to the tracker or maybe not...lol. Jogging would be a good one to add. I'm sure any sports would be worth mentioning as well.
