Dee, I'm sorry you are so upset. We didn't think that anyone would need instructions, or that the changes would be so dramatic that they'd need announcements.

You are right, it is not efficient but if no one tells us, are how are we to know?
All we were told was that there was a new "Help" button.
Again...announcements of changes and instr5uctions would have been nice to have before the changes, not while in the middle of trying to use it.
It is as if we are taking a flight while while building the plane.
Sorry I am just upset at the way this has played out. Or maybe I held MH to higher profile than what it now is with the new merger.
Hi Dee - the "help" link is now present at the bottom of every page, and "Support".
This forum is intended for suggestions for improvement rather than for technical issues. By using "help," the issue will be sent to the attention of a person who can investigate and fix, if needed. Posting tech issues here means the moderators have to relay the info to someone else, who might relay it to yet another person, and then we wait for an answer, and then post back here. I'm sure you'll agree that's not very efficient for anyone, including you!

I'm sorry you are having problems with the site. It would be really helpful if you also could go down to the bottom of the page and click on "Help," then on "Submit a Request" and complete the information requested. One of our senior support staff will then assist further within 24-48 hours.
