Long running script problems only at med help

Hi,  having an issue that is only happening at the med help site for me.  Long running script causing med help to stop working.  it freezes everything up.  I get it on no other site but on every page just about that I pull up at med help.  Sometimes I am bumped off the site completely  Yes, I use internet explorer.  But again, it's just med help that I'm having the issue with.  It started maybe 3 days ago.  thanks!

Can you take a screen shot of what you see when it happens? You can email it to the mods.

Do you have another browser to try? I know you prefer IE, but at least you'd have something to use while we fix this. Have you tried clearing your cache?

Have you noticed if there is an ad that is the same on every page that this happens on?

I am routinely having a problem if I go to someone's home page or my own.  Those seem to be the worst spot right now.

OK can you try and clear your cache, and try another browser? In the meantime, I've talked with one of our engineers, and they will be looking into it.

It seems to be any and all pages including my home page.

Also, have you cleared your cache recently? I just fired up IE (I have version 11) and I was cruising through communities pretty quickly.
Is this happening on all pages, or specific communities? If it's specific communities, let me know and I'll check those.
