Could you add: worry to the list of moods to check off... This week I was dealing with quit a bit of worry which dampened my mood...
Maybe concern could be added. To cover more bases maybe these could be listed as well: fear, frustration, anger, emotional outburst, meltdown, self injurous behavior, stressed out, and for positive, joyful.
Maybe neutral could be an option as well. I think of neutral different than having "no emotion".
