Self harm

I'm twenty one and have struggled with self harming for almost seven years. I'm now pregnant with my second child and a support community of past self harmers would really help me out. I haven't seen any threads addressing the issue.

So sorry to hear this. My 14 year old daughter is struggling with the same problem. Always heard of this but never thought my family would be affected by it till now. This is a tough situation to be in. I hope things work out for you. Chin up and take care of those babies they depend on you.

You might also want to post about this in our Depression forum.  If you find you need more support, please be sure to let your doctor know so that you can get a referral to a face-to-face support group, or any other resources you might need.
