That would monitor the kind social situations you were in that day - telephone, in person, chat, etc; how much interaction was required, for example I could mark 1 social situation that required mininimal interaction or 2 social situations that required maximum interaction and how much anxiety was felt; mark medications taken, such as antidepressents or antianxiety meds, or things like relaxation exercises and maybe how much relief was gotten. Something along those lines. Would that be possible? It would be a great help to see what is working and what isn't. Getting a visual that the anxiety is decreasing or that you are working really hard and not avoiding situations would be a really good incentive.
