This format is hard to use

it is hard to navigate, you can't see who posted the thread unless they have a pic, you can't see who were the most recent posters, the whole new setup is a joke, if it is not broke then don't fix it, why not leave well enough alone, if you are trying to gain members this is not the way to go about it.

If it doesn't change back you will see a decline in usage, It is to hard to navigate to try and help people and I will stop using the site

Have a great day

The new format is a disaster on toast. The perfect solution to which no known problem existed.

"Updating our design" and (elsewhere) "streamlining our appearance" do NOT register with me as adequate reasons  to mess with a format that was working beautifully!

I have been through a lot of unpopular changes forced on us in my years on MedHelp, but this format redesign is the worst yet!

Instead of  (apparently reluctantly) considering making a few changes to the new format, how about thinking outside the box and dumping the whole unpopular and distressing change?

I'm sure about 99% of your members who have been exposed to  the new format would applaud such a decision!

Thank you this is my same problem.  I came back after surgery and thought I had landed in an alien planet.l
I am unable to use Contact Us anymore.  Have I been blocked from commenting there?  It was a shock to see the new format.
I think many of the experienced knowledgeable members may not try and you will lose an important base of brilliant people who have a lot to give and want to give.  If you lose your base support who will be here?

Hi there -

I'm sorry you are upset with the changes.

We will be adding the names of who posted the thread, and that should happen sometime soon.

We have passed on the requests to add back the names of recent responders, ad the developers are considering that, or possible alternatives.

Please understand that this was about updating our design, and utilizing current technology. We hope after we make a few more changes, you'll like it more. Please hang with us.

Thanks,

Emily
