How can one recover previously entered tracker data?

Hi there -

It looks as if you have hidden all the charting items when you customized it. If you open the tracker, then go to Actions, then Settings, you'll see Customize. Click on that, and then move the items in the Hidden column on the right to the Charted column on the left. Make sure to click Save, and then check.

I'm happy to help if you'd like me to do it, just let me know.

Sophia,

I'm sorry this has happened. I have tried to find your data, and haven't been able to recover it, but am going to speak with our engineers about this.

What kind of info are you tracking with this tracker? It isn't meant to be tracking symptoms, etc., so I'm wondering if there is another tracker that may be more helpful for you.

Thanks,

Emily

Yes.  I had 2 mos worth of data !  All gone except for journal entries.  This happened when I went to add additional symptoms to the tracker.

It's also a big let down that users cannot be allowed to 'type in' pertinent symptoms, events, and other Lab data categories...

Thank you.

Hi Sophia,

Are you referring to the Complete Blood Count Tracker that you are using? I only see journal entries, did you have more information/data that you are trying to get back? Was it accidentally deleted?

I am not sure if we can get it back but I will check for you.
