Financial Issues is now available as an Event on the Mood Tracker. Thanks for the suggestion!
That is a great idea -- many times, non-medical things cross over, add stress or worry, and so become medical.
Please add "FINANCIAL ISSUES" to the Events. That's a biggie for me, as well as many other people I'm sure.
Maybe doctor's appointments/ surgery can be added to events as well.
and I'm still looking for dosage on the "treatments"
My problem with the concentration is I'm HIGHLY concentrated with some things to the exclusion of others... when forced to concentrate on something outside my interest then there will be a major lack of concentration/attentivness.
I'd like to see feeling down. I'm feeling down but not depressed. Otherwise my day went pretty well. I think it's hormones and part of being female and that time of the month...*sigh*
I wonder what would describe feeling "Eh"? I guess that would be the female hormones bothering me again.
I'd like to see more events added to include more positive things and negative. For instance a good work day can help bring a good mood just as much as work issues can bring a mood down. I guess "Aunt Flo" can be added as an "event"...
For pain, maybe foot pain can be added. I also wonder what would be good for delayed but otherwise good sleep. I've been marking them off as insomnia but really it seems most of the time, I'm on my own schedule even though it clashes with the norm. I'm sure the sleep tracker will record that. I guess I could leave it unchecked or "normal" for my own body rhythem on the mood tracker...
Restful sleep, high concentration, peaceful have all been added to the mood tracker. Water aerobics and circuit training are also now available on the weight tracker. Happy tracking!
Thanks for the suggestions! We'll try to get restful added to the sleep drop-down, as well as a high/low concentration (for attentive) and peaceful. Energetic should already be covered under low, medium, or high energy and happy is covered the general mood area in the chart. If you have other happy symptoms, let us know and we'll be "happy" to add them.
For the weight tracker...we intend on adding a full-blown Exercise Tracker in the near future that would cover all these things. In the meantime, we can add water aerobics and circuit training for you.
Thanks,
