Unable to access My Foods

Every time I try to enter a meal using my food or add a food to My Foods I get "sorry there has been an unexpected error."  I sent in a help request at least three days ago and have had no reply.

Please help.

I can get user foods and verified foods but even with searching my foods don't come up.

Hi there -

It looks as though you are still able to add foods if you search for them, correct? Have you tried that?

We will look into the My Foods page, but in the meantime, try searching for the foods so you can still use the tracker, and let us know.
