Was also meant to add few more bits to my comment/question above.........
it would be good to have your personal trackers talk to each other..... so as you type in data for one tracker, it could update/include information on another tracker.... this would save time and make the process much more streamlined. For instance, I suffer from chest pains, which is either related to a 'hidden' digestive problem, or is completely unrelated (I won't know until Drs pull their fingers out and find out for me!). So if I enter in data say on my Pain tracker about my chest discomfort, it would be good to relate that/identify it to whether it was something I ate, or not!? Or if it was down to sresss, or my posture, or whatever...... A tracker for Posture would also be good :-)
Thanks for all the suggestions. A stress tracker is on our list of to-do's, but an anxiety/panic tracker will likely be available much sooner. We also have plans to share data among your trackers.
We hadn't considered a posture tracker. What specifically would you like to track in that tracker?
I would love an anxiety tracker!!!
