Try taking a screen shot to send to the moderator if this is a problem that repeats itself.  I'm not sure what you're talking about either, so it might be helpful to send the screenshot to one of the moderators about what you're referring to.

I had a much more frustrating problem in the past that was hard to clear up, but when I sent a screen shot of what I was referring to the moderator understood what I was talking about and eventually the problem was cleared up.

The problem I had isn't worth repeating, but it was hard for someone else to understand from the moderator's side, because they couldn't see my side of the screen.

Hi there,

Not sure what the problem is -- you should be able to enter data with one click on the date.  Are you referring to the "More Chart" link that you need to click in order to add extra information?
