Thanks for clarifying -- this sounds like the same issue reported by a few other members, and we reported your issue to our engineers on 10/15. Please know that our engineers are continuing to work on this issue and hope to have it resolved soon. I'm so sorry it's still going on for you!
In the meantime, can you try something? After logging in and getting the "Unexpected Error" message, would you try entering the direct link to your profile (below) in your browser's address bar and let us know what happens?

this all began BEFORE the outage....I did clear my cache and have logged out many times with no resolution. I cannot access my homepage nor see if I have messages.
this is day 5 or 6 now and issue remains....very frustrating!!!

There was a brief outage on the site as we made a few updates that may have been interrupting service. Can you try logging out, clearing your browser cache and then logging back out to see if that clears up the problem?

I just logged out to see if that would correct problem....and no it did not
also found out when I do login it takes me to that error page....I than need to go over to forums...click on it, I can than once again hover over my medhelp and get the drop down menu...but cannot get there any other way....strange
