Still unable to add data- a calender pops up instead. The only way to add data is to meander through the tutorial prompts which finally brings you to the add data box. Is MedHelp unaware of this? This change is useless

Are you still having problems with this? We changed this after much member feedback about being able to enter data for all trackers in one spot.
Are you entering data by using the actual tracker, or the Add feature in your Health Feed on your home page? Whichever one you are using, perhaps you'd find the other more to your liking. Let us know if you are still experiencing issues.
Are you entering data by clicking on Add Data? What happens if you try to enter it by clicking on the date in the tracker?
Hi Emily. I try all ways I can. The calendar comes. I click on the date. A faded out type of heath chart appears. I loved it when you could click 'add data' and a tick box list appeared. It was great, simple, useable. Why change something that's great and everyone loves. Pleasssssse go back to it. Thanks Lynn

When should I be able to enter my info to track. The only thing I see is the calendar???
If you click on the "add data" link at the top of the tracker, a calendar will pop up. Select the date for which you want to add info, and you'll get another window with options that will allow you to select what info you want to add for that date.
Thank you for your reply. When I click on add enter or the calendar to enter data it doesn't do anything.... any suggestions. Do I need to change anything on my profile??

I was able to click on the calendar in your tracker, select a date, and I got the pop-up where I could enter data, so it's not your profile. Is it possible that you have a pop-up blocker enabled? This might prevent the data entry window from appearing when you click on a date.
Check that first, and we'll go from there.
