MedHelp Newsletter

On my profile page, I have checked the box to receive the MH newsletter, but I don't get it.  I understand that there was a good video about thyroid in a recent newsletter and would like to find it.

Can anyone tell me why I might not get the newsletter, even though I have that box checked?  I know of, at least, one other person not getting it, as well.   I'm getting other notifications, like I should.

Thanks

Thanks Emily.. I guess did catch the thyroid article via Facebook; didn't know that was the one the other member was referring to.

I'm checking out the other site to get the latest newsletter.

I do appreciate your help.

Hey Barb -

I'm going to check on your email status again, but in the meantime, here is the latest newsletter - http://hosted.verticalresponse.com/235350/fb5585acc6/458018353/432cc09a7e/

Can you give a site address at which I can access the newsletters?  Another member is trying to send me the link, but it's not working.

Hi, Barb,

Thanks for the followup.  I've passed this on to the engineers here so that they can puzzle this out.

Yes, I figured you'd ask and I should have noted that in my original post.  I've checked my spam folder and it's not going there.    :-)

I'm getting all the other MH notifications, just fine.

Hi, Barb,

You probably knew I was going to ask this :) -- have you checked your spam filter?
