Check with a smart MD, for auto-immune conditions.  Don't just run a test here and there. Get the MD who really takes a proper history and hopefully pays attention.

So are you saying you got symptoms after getting treated with doxy? That can be a "herx" reaction from Lyme or a co-infection. Also the swollen nodes are okay in that if they are just swollen nodes they are showing signs of infection but are not cancerous or anything bad that way. Have you been checked for Co-infections of lyme such as bartonella, babesia? You could get your lab work or blood work sent to Igenex labs they have more sensitive tests. You would have to request this but might have to pay for it if your insurance doesn't pay.
You are negative for HIV. So that is great.

this is what i got from my lab result, i am not sure about co-infections, could u plz check it:
1- chaffeensis-HME (Monocytic)
    E. chaffeensis (HME) IgG Titer
     Negative
    E. chaffeensis (HME) IgM Titer
    Negative
2-Rocky Mtn Spotted Fever, IgM
    Negative
3- Lyme (B. burgdorferi) PCR
  Negative
they gave me doxyclycline bcz of prostate infection, not lyme.
Those are not co-infections those are other infections. So Bartonella would be one and Babesia, Ehrlichia.

Well E. chaffeensis  is a co-infection. Lyme is lyme. You can get checked for the others I mentioned if you want to.

these 2 also came out neg!!
what else should I do?
Do you have fevers? Did you go hiking anywhere?
Did you also get a EIA or serology for lyme (Borrelia burgdorferi)? If you have fevers then you might want to get a PCR test or have them also check for Borrelia Hermsii. The doxy should have worked on this but I wonder if you are really positive for lyme and it didn't come up on the PCR.

When did you test for HIV and what test? What it the duo test? I don't think you have it but just asking. Did they test you for co-infections of Lyme too like Bartonella etc.?
You may want to see an infectious disease specialist. What does your chest rash look like? Does it itch? where you hiking or swimming in fresh water when you got it? Any mosquito bites?
