Fatal Airborne Diseases transmitted through coughing?

Hi there,
I know I can paranoid about health but I have been worried about this for a while now.

When I was in Amsterdam a while ago, I was talking to a person on the street for a few minutes. He looked very sick and kept coughing during our conversation. This makes me worried that he might transmit some fatal airborne diseases to me. Should I be worried?

Thanks,
R

No I would not be worried. Do you have any symptoms?
TB takes some time around the person to get it. Not a few minutes. You can get flu or a cold but you would know.
