If you're afraid of spreading it to those you live with, relax--chances are you already have. I also have MRSA, and my doctor told me that unless I had a compromised immune system there wasn't anything to worry about. And don't be hypervigilant and use anti-bacterial soaps and cleaners--this only encourages the MRSA staph to mutate and become stronger and more resistant, as does using antibiotics. I would stay away from antibiotics unless my life depends on it. Try natural remedies instead, like nascent iodine, pao d'arco, garlic, etc. A good place for more info is at naturalnews-dot-com.
take silver shield, it will cure this for you, i stand by that statement
I can't tell you anything for sure but with the little understanding I have I would say you can grow your veggies. My wife has MRSA and we disinfect eveything. I'm sure washing the veggies will be sufficient. Good luck.
