Looking for lab results reading - Staph, CoNS, MRSA

Looking for a reading on Lab results below:
Gram Stain result:
Rare WBC
Moderate Gram Positive Cocci
Few Gram Negative Rods
Rare Gram Positive Rods

Culture Result:
Moderate Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus

Quarter-sized skin abscesses show, and build over 24-48 hours before rupturing.

Looks like by the culture and stain results that it is normal skin bacteria not an infection. Do the skin "abscesses" look like they are following the hair follicles? How many do you have? It may just be folliculitis. You can try putting some triple antibiotic ointment (if you are not allergic to it), on a few of them for a few days and if they start to go away keep putting it on for about a week. If  a very large area has it ask your doctor if you should take oral antibiotics or if it is okay to apply a lot of topical. I'm not sure how much topical over how much area is safe. But a few of them is safe or a small area.

p.s. of course ask your doctor about the results and any other questions on how to treat this as I can't see what you have. I'm just going by a result not the whole clinical picture. Don't worry about asking questions to the doctor that is their job.
