Low hemoglobin, low hematocrit, High segmenters, low lymphocytes what does it mean?

My10 year old son sufferring a fever with the temperature of 39.7 Celcius.he undergo a laboratory examination and I got the result of his hematology . I dont understand what is the meaning of this result.

Hemoglobin 127 (normal for male is 140-170:female 120-140)
Hematocrit .37 (0.44-0.48)
Rbc ct 4.2 (male 4.5-5.0: female 4.0-4.5)
Wbc ct. 7.3 (5.0-10.00)

Segmenters .79 (0.40-0.60)
Lymphocytes .21 (0.20-0.40)

Hi and how is your son now? Is he better or still ill. Sorry I didn't get your post for some reason until now. We are not doctors on here but I can give you some advice. I think you meant 12.7 for the hemoglobin. Are these ranges for children or adults? The results are different in children.  If the ranges are for children he could be a little anemic.  Perhaps Iron deficiency. Does he eat well? The results look pretty good actually, except maybe the hemoglobin. Do you have the result of the RDW and if so what is your range for him? It could be viral or bacterial? Any other symptoms?
