Need help to ID bites/skin infection...parasite?

Really need some help with this one...and no, I'm not crazy or on any kind of hallucinatory drug - no morgellons disease for an answer either.  I am a 35yo female, living in SW Arkansas.  No recent travel out of area, but did spend 9 years in military, which included extensive overseas travel to Europe, Middle East, SE Asia, South America, Puerto Rico, etc.  Lived in Virginia and SoCal until end of 2006.  Medical history has some granulomas of unknown cause, diagnosis of fibromyalgia, which ultimately led to my discharge from the military.  I have had no fever, no nausea, no real pain other than the lesions themselves.  Have been lethargic, and sometimes I can't sleep, or I can sleep for an entire day.  Have been told that I am turning almost narcoleptic.  I have lost 25+ lbs in 6-7 weeks and it is still going.  Symptoms are coming from some kind of fly/flea/gnat like insect (I think) that bites or burrows into skin, usually leaving a little bit of what kind of appears to be a split fishtail hanging out.  Sometimes it appears feathery.  It has something that it sticks out and it nearly impossible to pull  out with tweezers if you do manage to get ahold of it - small, 5mm or less...  More likely than not, it seems to come in two's and shoots out  little white or black pellets that I assume to be eggs that will stick to whatever they land on and absorb into your skin again if you get it on you. What appears to be a white/clearish larvae or worm-like creature has been found moving through nose, throat, fillings and gums, mouth, ears, and especially fingernail beds and cuticles.  It turns hard if in the air for too long, and has a kind of numbing effect on the skin.  Also, makes plasma harden quickly, usually leaving kind of a clear scab.  Also, I grew a fingernail like thing out of my upper arm, which went away but is now coming back.  Definitely fungal because my hands/feet seem to grow a weird mold when they are on the move.    This has been going on for quite a while - like 2+ months - my doctor at the VA first assumed it was some bacterial infection, gave me sulfamethoxzole, then when I took in the worm or larva-like samples and the pics of it breaking thru my skin, she gave me albendazole for worms.  I'm now on an antil fungal pill (Terbinafine) as well as a prescription cream and I've used every OTC cream on the market, and none seems make it go away.  My boyfriend has it, my dogs definitely have something going on as well.  The VA is doing their tests and the health dept even has samples, but they are backlogged for weeks.  No sign of bedbugs anywhere, even bought one of those UV black light flashlights - which was so much more revealing than I ever really cared to know!  If you have any insight, thoughts or even guesses, please let me know so I can relay it to my doctors and hopefully get a new med that works...and also start to not look like I  have leprosy.  Once again, would like to reiterate that I have provided numerous samples of all shapes and sizes (one appeared to be some kind of fluke? see pic) and of course, been drug tested to make sure I wasn't just clawing myself to death during a meth rage.  And no, not all of this came on at one time, it was somewhat gradual, every week or two something new seemed to pop up and now I'm just sitting on the couch every day so as not to infect anyone with my magical egg-shooting disease - YUCK

Hi, I stumbled across this on accident and and feel so fortunate to have done so. I have been dealing with the exact same thi g for about a month now, and thought I had been hallucinating the entire experience because I didn't know of any insect that was capable of this. I thought I was having a psychotic episode. Please, if you have any updates to what it was it would be unbelievably helpful, as my Dr's haven't been able to provide a diagnosis.

All I can suggest is trying neem soap.  I hope it helps you.  It is antifungal, antibacterial, and good against parasites, so maybe?
