Painful Swollen Glands in Face and behind ears

I still have painful swollen lymph glands in my neck and face. It has been over 3 years since I had cellulitis from injections in my neck and base of skull. I also have experienced chronic fatigue and a general decline in my overall health. At first my whole body swelled up. I was on IV antibiotics then switched to oral for a few months. Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi and sorry you are having health issues. Have you had any recent tests done such as a complete blood count, Epstein Barr testing,  Were you allergic to one of the antibiotics and that was why you swelled up and switched to oral?  Is the cellulitis gone? Do you have a fever or what symptoms do you have? Do you know if you were bitten by a tick? What caused the cellulitis to start with?
Thanks,
