Possible strep throat after oral sex

Hello. I started too recently see someone new and we have been having sex. I gave her a lot of oral sex and the next day I woke up with really sore throat. It's now been 3 days and my throat is still really sore. I looked into my mouse using a light and there is white spots all over my inflamed tonsils. Could I catch strep throat from oral sex soo fast? And will I need antibiotics.

I am worried she might have had a yeast infection though it didn't look like it down there at the time.  Could it be a yeast infection growing on my tonsils?

p.s. you will need antiibiotics if it is GC or strep.

Do you have a high fever? Was it unprotected oral sex? You could get Gonorrhea from oral and it can give you those symptoms. Strep throat would give you a high fever and sometimes swollen lymph nodes under then neck. It is not likely yeast. It wouldn't likely come up that fast. I suggest you see your doctor and tell him/her your encounter and be honest.
