Rabies possible exposure

hey everyone so I’m losing my mind over this rabies potential risk. So I have 2 puppies that I got from a brothers friend last November, and either Feb 1 or 2 I was playing with them and one of them tried to bite the toy but ended up biting me on my palm. There was no break in the skin or anything so I brushed off. So 2 days after we played again and she bit me instead of the toy and this time it bled and left a mark. So I got so paranoid and looked online, I begin to panick and look for reassurance online but all I seen is 100% fatal if not treated. So my mind got the best of me because I felt like I had symptoms. So I ended up going to the ER, explained my Situation and he said he doesn’t think I need one since they never go outside unless they have to pee or they never been in contacted with any other dogs or wild animals. I’m so afraid rn bc my head feels so warm but no fever. My arms keep going numb and tingling. I can’t sleep, if I do survive I’m going to get them vaccinated next week. What do you guys think? Was I at risk in the first place or is my mind playing tricks? It’s been 10 days my puppies are being puppies like usual

It is completely unrealistic to believe that your puppies got rabies without being bitten by a wild animal.

Make sure your puppies get vaccinated against rabies and other vaccine-preventable diseases. Given the timeline, they should already be vaccinated.  If not, make this a priority.
