Should I move on

So I went to my doc in the same day I had my bat encounter it was grounded. My doc examined my feet (the parts that where exposed)for any bites and asked me some questions like did it bit me but I can’t remember so he said I would’ve known it would’ve left some scars he didn’t give me any treatment he just sent me home what should I do I always trust my doc but I’m scared.

Was the bat in a room with you or was this outside? Sometimes you can't see a bat bite. But if you were outside and you were near a bat and were awake you would have known it the bat landed on you. Did it? If not there is no exposure.  If it didn't come near you and you were awake you would know.

The bat was on the ground it was dark didn’t even know a bat was there until my friend asked to look . It was a very small bat barely even move when touched by a stick. I even sat down in the area pretty sure I would have felt a bite but the reason why I’m scared is I felt something like a mosquito bite
the bat was on the ground definitely  did not handle it just was walking in the area.

I strongly suggest that you look into mental health counseling.  You seem to have irrational fears related to diseases that you cannot have.  The problem is not disease, but your irrational fear of disease, and a counselor can help with that.

I am trying every since I got Covid my life gone down hill rapidly. Barely even eat any more I have zero appetite every day I wake up checking my self then running to the doctor google has become my worst enemy
You have previously mentioned that there has never been a case of rabies in your country.  Thus, your fears are not rational and you should definitely speak to a doctor about your anxiety.
I get that 100% but rabies maybe in the bat species. This is the last question I’ll ask and be gone if a bat is grounded and you walk near it will it bite you I see wound that look 2 puncture wounds on my foot back people say that a bat bite feel like a needle stick now it feels like I’m getting symptoms I’m losing my mind honestly I remember something biting my but nothing that would make me look down in pain felt like a mosquito bite
