Specialty physicians for infections

Hi, I battle lot's of infections, mainly sinus/upper respiratory, almost monthly, my wbc is not high but always elevated.  Was sent to hematology, but clinic only deals with blood cancers, which I do not have.  Antibiotics work, Amoxicillin, Bactrim, etc.... but infections always returns.  

What physician or specialty clinic, deals with chronic infections ?  So, I can discuss with my primary doctor for referral, thanks.

Also, when you say upper respiratory is it in the lungs? If so did they do an xray? Do you have a wet or loose cough or a dry cough? Is there any fever? How high is the fever if you have one and did they take a culture of your sputum? Do you have any chest pain? Have you been tested for TB? Any night sweats or fatigue? Cough up any blood? It can be viral as well. Of course if it is viral, antibiotics won't work on it.

Hi , Sorry you are having this problem. We are not doctors on here but I am a microbiologist and can give you some advice. So are you having sinus infections? Or sinusitis? Often sinusitis can be helped with using a humidifier.  We usually carry some bacteria in the nose and it is okay. What type of bacteria is the problem? what are your symptoms? Is it headache and sinus pressure?
