Spleen enlarged

I have been through a lot latley in terms of trying to figure out what is wrond with me.  I know i have some sort of issue, but I dont know how to approach it.  My spleen has been bothering me for a month or so and the pain comes and goes.  I am not sure if it is from EBV or a parasite or what.  But i also have eye floaters which are increasing.  I had my eyes checked about a week ago in which pictures of my retina were taken.  Doc said there is no sign of retinal detachment or anything serious, however my eye floaters have become very bothersome.  I am a 25 year old athlete of baseball and have been tested 5 times for HIV as i thought this could be a cause but thankfully I have tested negative.

If there is anything that could be recommended for me i would appreciate it greatly.
