Weird Symptoms cant figure out whats going on

It started like last friday where i noticed my hands felt kind of dry and hard to close. I remember the day before I burned my hand on the stove when picking up a hot pan. So I figure it was so type of burn on my hand, However My other hand felt the same which I dont recall ever getting burned there. It felt weird and abit uncomfortable. As the night progress, I notice my feet felt strange as well. Like when I would stretch my toes The skin would feel dry and tight as if my foot was little numb.  On Sunday, I notice very small bumps kind of like when you have goosebumps but a little less noticeable. However some would have a felt light red color. They are not itchy at all. They were on my back and chest and all over my arms. Above my lips would feel super dry it was strange. When I went out I would feel a burning sensation when I was active outside or thought or something super stressful I would begin stinging for like 5 seconds. When I'm at home relaxing while tv or on the pc I'm completely fine. I also notice more little white pimples starting to pop up on random spots which I thought was odd since Im known to get it on my back all the time ( I always had bad back acne) I feel like whatever this is is affecting all over my skin even my penis area which looks abit dryer than normal. Currently both my palms are red and still hard to close my hands. I really cant find any info on this.

I suspect you have a virus, but it would be good to see your primary medical doc.
