Frustration

Hello all, I'm new and this is my first post.  I'm 29 years old and my husband and I have been TTC for almost 4 years now.  When I was 19 I had a molar pregnancy and then 2 years ago I had an ectopic with the loss of my right fallopian tube.  The past 3 months my cycle has had odd things happening, when before I had been normal and on time every month.  In July I started having brief spotting after intercourse a week before my period, then I had a normal and on time period.  In August, my period was 4 days late, I took a HP test it was neg. and then started and had a normal period.  2 days ago I had brief spotting again after intercourse and today I have brown discharge, no cramping or signs of starting period.  My stomach has been feeling odd with weird "body pains" and intense need to go to the bathroom.  I am supposed to start AF in 3 days.  Does anyone have any of the same issues?  I have a doctors appointment scheduled on the 7th of Oct.
