IVF FAILURE

My problem is unexplained infertility.My doctor suggest me after all check ups to go for IUI.But no result so I went trough Ivf.Doctor gave me medicine for 7days  menogon injection for 225 .but follicle size were nothing.so she suggest for 375 for almost 15days i took injections,there was no hyper stimulation.so every thing was under control.But embryo transfer and after 14days result was negative.and I stopped taking progesterone and same day get my periods.But after periods I am suffering from hot flashes,vaginal dryness and pain full sex.Why I am having now these problems,when I am not taking any medicine.
I had doubt also I am having polycystic ovaries.It can be cause of IVF failure too.

She has been diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure, with very low AMH 0.3. But high FSH..sometimes...
She had been given Follistim 200 mg SQ x 6 days.  With labs drawn on day 3 of treatment.  Physician stated negative effect.  He seemed to indicate to her that this was not working and no other plan was offered other than adoption.  Is there no other options such as clomid or IVF?  Even if there are very poor/weak ovulation chances, can eggs be harvested straight from her ovaries then fertilized by myself externally, then implanted into her uterus? My sperm level/motility  was considered low, but will retest soon for double check.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

You may still be having the effects of the medications that you took during the IVF cycle. It may take some time to completely clear it from your system.  Sometimes it helps to be on period without any drugs or hormone manipulation to see where your body and hormones are naturally.  If you are still experiencing hot flahses and vaginal dryness then you should check a cycle day 3 FSH, LH and estradiol to see if they are elevated meaning that there may be evidence of perimenopause.  Check with your Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility doctor.
