do i have gynecomastia or cancer ????

i am 20 year old male. i have big lumps about 1 inch in diameter, under both my nipples. nipples turn inward. lumps r painless to touch or press, they r rough in texture and mobile. they have been there since 2 years and r growing slowly. initially i thought is it cancer. but then i came 2 know, that breast cancer very, very rarely happen in males, so i thought it is gynecomastia and will get away during course of time. however they r not.
i guess i also have hormone problem, as even though i am 20, i am not muscular and i have a very sparse facial hair. is there any link of this with these lumps, or are these REALLY symptoms of cancer. i am about to approach docter, just needed an opinion from an expert.
PLEASE HELP, as i cannot cope with this embarassment anymore !

I'm not a specialist ( just a mom  ). Some drugs cause gynecomastia.  Your best bet is to go to the doctor  so they can check your hormone level since you said they are sore. The sooner you go the better. Don't worry this is  a very common problem in young men so don't be embarassed . Stay away from tea tree oil and lavender because they contain female estrogen. But you must get your homones checked  as soon as possible. You'll feel better once you know what is  going on with your body.

Sorry, I am a gynecologist, so I don't treat men however, I think that your condition warrants seeing a doctor as soon as possible. Please see a doctor to get checked.
