i need ur help plz

hello ......i have two kids from my first marriage 9yrs old boy..6 yrs old girl...my first husband deceased 6 yrs ago..i got married again january 2008.....i have been trying to have kids since then .and nothing till now..i had 1 miscarrage 7 yrs ago..and an ovary cist operation...,,so we decided my husband and i to have an ivf so i did it in january 2009..my first blood test was negative...but all the tests wr excellent....they told me to do it again after two days..(no period yet).....so do u think the test will be positive and if not ..what can i dooooooo..i need ur help.plzzzzzz....i am sooo sad.....

I am sorry to say that if your repeat blood test is not positive then you are probably not pregnant especially if it was done 14 days from the embryo transfer.
Unfortunately, if you are not pregnant then you will need to try again. I hope you have some frozen embryos to try to save on cost.
