You may not have to do anything but try. But if your tube is damaged then your chances of getting pregnant would depend on how good the remaining tube is. I wonder if your doctor discussed this with you. If your doctor does not know how good the other tube is you can do a Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to check your tubes. If your tubes are both damaged then you may have to do in vitro fertilization (IVF).
